friday sports forum, nov. 20
The Memorial Hermann Sugar Land Hospital Friday Sports Forum makes an exciting move to The Houstonian Golf & Country Club in Richmond, site of the LPGA Tour Championship on Friday, Nov. 20 from 7:30 a.m.-8:45 a.m.
The change to a breakfast forum enables Memorial Hermann Sugar Land to capture the thrill and energy of hosting a global professional sporting event in Fort Bend County. The excitement starts with Friday Sports Forum attendees receiving two weekly grounds passes to the LPGA Tour Championship, valued at $120. These passes are good for admission every day of play, Nov. 18-22, and will be available before the tournament begins.
As in previous Friday Sports Forums, Randy McIlovy, KPRC Local 2 sports director, will emcee the interactive forum. This Friday Sports Forum promises to be even more exciting with a surprise guest who will answer questions posed by the audience.
LPGA tee times begin at 7:10 a.m. on this day of tournament play. Given the intimate setting provided by The Houstonian Golf & Country Club, attendees may catch a glimpse of one of the top LPGA players. At the conclusion of the Friday Sports Forum, attendees will be encouraged to stay and cheer on all the world-class athletes.
Doors open at 7 a.m. and breakfast is served at 7:30 a.m. The program starts promptly at 8 a.m. Tickets are $125 per person and include breakfast, McIlovy ’s interactive forum, an official commemorative tournament poster, two weekly grounds passes, a parking pass, and a goodie bag. Proceeds from this Friday Sports Forum benefit Children ’s Memorial Hermann Hospital and Logos Preparatory Academy.
