Saks Fifth Avenue was overflowing with family, friends and fans at the
Announcement Party for the 2010 Women of Distinction. They will be honored at
the Jan. 23 Winter Ball benefiting CCFA (The Crohn
’s & Colitis Foundation). Gala chairs Connie Cooke and Phyllis Williams and a KTRK-TV ABC/13 photographer surprised the women with the news at various
locations in early fall, but this was their official debut. Kudos to
Joan Dunlap, Harriet Gertner, Melissa King, Traci Lee, Carmen Maria Montiel-Lechin, Linda Lorelle, Patti Murphy, Helen Shaffer, Laura Spalding and Donna Grace Vallone. CCFA also names a Woman of Distinction Ambassador, and I am very honored and
humbled to receive that award.
