Chris and Walter Kase and Punkin and Walter Hecht were the brightest stars at the National Council of Jewish Women’s 24th annual Starlight Ball. The two couples were honored for their heartfelt dedication to community causes. Chairs Karen Freedman, Prissy Roosth, Judy Rosenstock and Ede Weiner raised $175,000 for community projects.

Muffin Clark, executive director of Bo’s Place, will receive the Robin Bush award at the Hearts of Hope Luncheon on Jan. 29. Ellen and Tommy Ford and Allison and Pat Allison chair the event to support free grief support programs for children and their families.
